About us
1970 Ken and Susan Koerber moved to Dunbarton with the ambition to raise a family, live sustainably and care for their community. They have reared animals and produced nourishing food but it is the joy in floral farming that has been an unplanned bookend to their careers.
Our name…Chanticleer Gardens…they recall just liking it…Chanti says it was a beacon. Kismet.
Chanti was raised in town and she and her husband Chris were blessed to share the same sense of place with their three children. Your support of local agriculture directly impacts our lives and the ripple into our community as a whole. It is truly special to be part of that! #lovewhatyoudo
We have a remarkable crew that is wise beyond their years. Shane & Zoe are powerhouses each growing just as monumentally as our tender crops. There is design to our chaos and hands on learning at it’s best.
