For 40 years we have been growing our own vegetables to feed ourselves. During this time we’ve learned that nothing is better than the taste of a fresh-picked pea pod or baby summer squash. No cooking required; just slice and add to a salad of fresh lettuce and edible flowers!

We would like to make this experience available to the gourmet cooks in the area who do not have gardens of their own. Just walk through our gardens, plan your meal, and we’ll help you pick what you need. Looking for suggestions on how to use what is in season? Just ask our resident gourmet cook, Susan!
